Special Auditors / Special Research Students

The Faculty / Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University accepts international exchange students from our partner university based on the student exchange agreement. Students status are “Special Auditor” to take courses (undergraduate and graduate students) and “Special Research Student” to conduct their own research under the instruction by academic supervisors (only graduate students). Both “Special Auditor” and “Special Research Student” are non-degree seeking student status at Kyoto University.

NOTE:

Direct application from students will not be accepted. Application should be submitted through the coordinator of the student exchange agreement or the international office of applicant’s home universities.

  2025 Kyoto University Amgen Scholars Program 

 from June 6 to August 7, 2025                               
(deadline: 3 p.m. on February 1, 2025 (UTC+9 hours))

            -An Undergraduate Summer Research Program in Life Science and Biotechnology-

The Amgen Scholars Program at Kyoto University is eight weeks of intensive research in the sciences. Amgen Scholars will be assigned to one of Kyoto University departments or interdisciplinary areas that traditionally support science and biotechnology research.

Application is now open and will be closed at 3 p.m. on February 1, 2025 (UTC+9 hours).
