Departmental deadline
Please note that each department has different submission deadline for application.
- In case the application requires president’s recommendation or submission as the university:
- The number of application by the institution is NOT limited: Please submit the application document at least five working days before the headquarters’ deadline.
- The number of application by the institution is limited: Please contact the Research Support Office at least 15 working days before the headquarters’ deadline. If there are more applicants than the limited number, an internal selection will be implemented.
- In case the application requires dean’s or director’s recommendation or approval:
- The number of application by the institution is NOT limited: Please submit the application document at least five working days before the program’s deadline.
- The number of application by the institution is limited: Please contact the Research Support Office at least 15 working days before the program’s deadline. If there are more applicants than the limited number, an internal selection will be implemented.
*Please note that submission deadline for those who belong to the Center for the Promotion of Interdisciplinary Education and Research must be confirmed by the applicant by contacting the center’s office.
