Special lectures by professional engineers commenced (July 22)

      The Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University, is pleased to host a weekly seminar for spring semester to be presented by professional engineers from leading Japanese machinery companies to introduce innovative new product concepts and agricultural industry including the issues of life, food and the environment.　　

        A world- leading company which manufactures weighing and packaging equipment was invited to give the lecture on July 22. Students were also given a demonstration of equipment during the lecture. They also had a chance to operate the actual machines and were greatly impressed by the speed of processing as well as weighing accuracy.
